Reality can be dark and discouraging. Staying discouraged doesn’t make the situation better though. Leverage the pain this creates to build resolve then resilience and make positive contributions.
All emotions are energy. They’re signs of life. Especially the ones that hurt. Take advantage of them by directing those energies to do good.
